Dear infant son of John and Erin (Eller) Sammons of Carmel, IN passed away on Wednesday December 8, 2004. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at Second Presbyterian Church, 7700 North Meridian, beginning at 4:30 P.M. Hart was born on November 15, 2004. In addition to his parents, Hart is survived by his brothers; Curtis, Satchel and Felix Sammons; sisters; Grace and Annabel Sammons and grandparents; Bev Eller, Dean and Gloria Eller, James and Mary Jane Sammons and great-grandparents, Jane Groover, Ed and Darlene Clapman. Hart’s family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hart Eller Sammons Memorial Fund, at Kentland Federal Savings and Loan Association, 116 North 3rd St., Kentland, IN 47951 (This is the only bank location), to benefit families with terminally ill infants and research of chromosomal anomalies.
